Spirit:
I will read the Q and find a new interpretation for it that makes sense to me
I will meditate 3 x a day and continue with mental dynamics forever

Fire:
I will have the courage to speak confidently with all kinds of people
I will create a heart oriented life


Water
I will create a meaningful volunteering experience
I will help my patients above and beyond what is exepcted

Air:
I will get my NP degree
I will pass my PCCN
I will get 99 in step 3

Earth
I will earn 500,000 per year in personal income
I will refine and define my style
I will become like SB/PG and be extremely healthy
My weight will be 120 pounds
